Tomorrow is looking to be a busy day so I'll keep this post short. A girl needs her sleep before a busy day. Today was one of those days you just somehow float through, not really knowing what's going on. Praise God I got a phone call early this morning, but I could feel the sleep I was lacking from it. I'm not complaining by any means. I will take that phone call anytime day or night and for as long of a duration as possible. As soon as I saw the number on my phone I was wide awake.
I didn't do much of anything this afternoon aside from laundry and a little house cleaning. Mostly I sat and cuddled with my Tibbles. After I got the kids from school we went to a friends house to plan our Easter dinner. I can't wait! It's going to be a fun day with great friends and yummy food!
The tire pressure light came on in my truck this morning. Go figure. Something was bound to happen. I aired the low tire up this evening when I went out and will have to take it in tomorrow to get it fixed. Good thing they're under warranty still. We haven't even had these tires for a year. I must have run over a nail or something. I didn't check too closely because no matter what it is there's nothing I can do about it myself. Luckily it's just a slow leak so I'll be able to make it to the shop with no problems.
Not a very eventful day, but as tired as I was I wouldn't have been able to handle too much excitement. Now I'm just waiting for our friend to bring his car over so I can drop him back off at the barracks. He'll soon be deploying and tonight was the best night we could coordinate for him to drop off his car which I'll be babysitting while he's gone. One last thing...Please remember to say a prayer for our troops before you lay down to sleep at night. They need all the prayers they can get.
